Two-day workers' education program for branch office bearers of Hubballi division; organized by South Western Railway Mazdoor Union.

SAKKARE NAADU HUBBALLI :-
A two-day workers' education program for branch office bearers of Hubballi division was organized by South Western Railway Mazdoor Union at the Multi-Disciplinary Divisional Training Institute of Diesel Loco Shed Railway Office, Hubballi from 21.07.2026 to 22.07.2026.

The program was inaugurated by Honorable K.V. Raghavendra, General Secretary of South Western Railway Mazdoor Union. Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, he explained about the legal rights of workers, labor welfare schemes and the importance of skill development.

All the office bearers who had arrived from various branches of Hubballi division participated in the program. The two-day educational program featured lectures and interactive sessions by experts on labor laws, workplace safety standards, skill training, communication skills and leadership development.

Speaking at the program, Honorable Arun L.K., President of South Western Railway Mazdoor Union Hubli Division, said, “Education and skill development of workers is essential in today’s context. This will not only make the workers aware of their rights but will also enable them to work more effectively in the workplace.”

Certificates were distributed to all the office bearers who participated on the final day of the program. The office bearers and members of South Western Railway Mazdoor Union Hubli Division contributed to the success of this program.

The program was graced by Shri. K. V. Raghavendra General Secretary of South Western Railway Mazdoor Union. Hubballi division Working President Shri Jabraji, Treasurer Shri Zakir Sanadi, Secretary Shri Kumar Velan, Division President Shri Arun L. K., and Women's Coordinator Smt. Shaheen Adoni were present as honorable guests.
